Privacy

These privacy notices explain how personal data are processed when visiting this static website and when making contact.

1. Controller

Dipl.-Biol. Bastian J. Hirthammer, Weinbergstr. 11, 12555 Berlin, Germany, email: ForAnthro@Hirthammer.com, telephone: +49 (0)30 629 370 11, fax: +49 (0)30 868 703 270.

2. Hosting, processing on behalf, and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider and the web server process technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, amount of data transferred, browser and operating-system information, and referrer, insofar as transmitted by the browser.

The hosting provider is used as a processor on behalf of the controller. Processing takes place for the secure provision of the website, for error analysis, and for the defence against abusive access. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional operation of the website.

According to the published privacy information of ALL-INKL, server log files are deleted no later than after seven days. Longer storage may occur only insofar as this is necessary in an individual case to clarify or defend against security-relevant incidents.

3. Cookies and external services

This website itself does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, marketing, or tracking technologies, contact forms, embedded maps, external fonts, or subsequently loaded convenience services.

Insofar as the technical operation of the hosting requires necessary storage operations or access to terminal devices, this takes place only within the scope permitted by law.

4. Contact by email

If you make contact by email, the information you provide will be processed in order to handle the enquiry and, where appropriate, to initiate or perform a pre-contractual or contractual relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, in the alternative, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Email communication may involve security risks. Confidential or particularly sensitive information should therefore be transmitted only insofar as this is necessary for the enquiry or an appropriate transmission channel has been agreed.

5. Storage periods

Personal data are stored only for as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. Data from email contact are deleted once the enquiry has been finally processed and no statutory retention periods or legitimate interests require further storage.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany, email: mailbox@datenschutz-berlin.de, telephone: +49 30 13889-0.

8. Provision of data and automated decision-making

For merely visiting this website, there is no statutory or contractual obligation to actively provide personal data. For contact by email, the information required to process the respective enquiry is necessary.

Automated decision-making, including profiling, does not take place.
